We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations and 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations or reschedules will incur a 25% service fee.

No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. However, if a no-call, no-show fee has been charged and the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of that charge, 50% of the fee will be applied as a credit toward your next service.
